Job Description

    We are actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned Operations Team Lead to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in effectively managing a team of 5 or more Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and demonstrate a proven track record of successful team leadership and management.Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to cultivate a positive and collaborative work culture. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance overall team productivity. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on both team and individual performance. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and promptly address any operational issues. Generate regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and operational efficiency, providing. insights for continuous improvement.Qualifications: Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing a team of 5 or more FTEs, preferably in a role involving Support, Operations, Sales, or Business Development teams. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit a proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements. Display an analytical mindset with the ability to use data for making informed decisions,
