    • Bachelors degree in any field.
    • At least 2-4 years of prior inside sales experience, plus managing sales officers.
    • A pro at both spoken and written communication.
    • Juggling tasks like a champ and acing time management.
    • Loaded with leadership mojo to inspire and steer the team.
    Responsibilities:Team Management:
    • Lead and supervise our contact center squad to hit productivity and performance goals.
    • Guide, coach, and mentor team members for skill boosts.
    • Regularly evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.
    Operations Management:
    • Keep an eye on daily contact center operations, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Watch over Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Shrinkage, Attrition, Average Handling Time (AHT), Agent Productivity, Call Quality adherence to scripts, and Customer Satisfaction Metrics & Sales Targets.
    • Implement strategies to streamline workflow and ramp up efficiency.
    Training and Development:
    • Identify the performance gap and coordinate with relevant departments for training of new recruits to ensure that theyre equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
    • Keep the team in the loop with ongoing training on products, sales tricks, and company policies.
    Performance Peek:
    • Analyze team performance numbers to spot improvements and opportunities.
    • Serve up regular reports on performance metrics and customer feedback.
    • Team up with management to craft action plans for hitting targetsCompensation:- 4.8 LPA
