    Job Description Team Leader/Assistant Manager - Operations (US Voice Process)Location: NoidaShift: US Night Shift, 5 days a weekEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation nearby Noida*- Ok for self travel- CTC for this role upto 6 to 9 LPANo outstation folks Required Asap joiners ________________________________________Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a team of Voice Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, coaching employees, improving productivity, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and achieving business KPIs while maintaining high levels of employee engagement.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Voice Executives. Conduct daily team huddles, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews. Drive employee engagement, attendance, and adherence.Performance Management Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Analyze performance trends and implement action plans to improve productivity and quality. Conduct call evaluations and provide regular coaching and feedback.Coaching & Development Mentor and develop team members to improve performance. Coach bottom performers through structured improvement plans. Work closely with the Training and Quality teams to enhance team capability.Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Handle customer/client escalations and resolve operational issues. Maintain accurate performance records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.________________________________________Eligibility CriteriaEducation Bachelors Degree in any discipline.Experience 2-5 years of experience in a US Voice Process within a BPO. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor. Experience in managing Voice Process teams is mandatory. Previous experience in US Collections will be an added advantage.________________________________________Required Skills Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.________________________________________Additional Requirements Comfortable with self-commuting to and from the office (no company transport provided).
