Job Description

Key Accountabilities :-

Developing and following the calling strategy for the month
Target Setting for the month and monitoring of the daily reports
Ensuring capacity utilization of the team
Maintaining the quality of the calls
Leave planning & attendance
Strict compliance of process and policies.
Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins
Maintaining good inter personal relationship with own team and also across the company.
Training, Guiding, Motivating, Monitoring & Leading the team from front
Generation of calling campaigns to maximize revenue for the company

Desired candidatersquos profile :-

Pleasing personality along with strong Communication Skills.
Strong Networking Skills with the brokers and employees.
Should possess the complete understanding of the market
Should possess 1-5 years of experience in team handling of Tele Callers
Experience in Noida Market will be given preference
