Job Description

    • client & partner engagement
    • conduct weekly and monthly communication with partners to understand expectations and provide necessary updates.
    • team leadership & management
    • lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring sales targets and performance goals are met.
    • monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
    • sales strategy & execution
    • develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
    • identify and act on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
    • performance monitoring & training
    • evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
    • foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
    • market analysis & competitor insights
    • stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors activities to refine sales strategies.
    Requirements:
