Job Description

    1. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet the customer requirements by using the company products
    2. Collaborate closely with other departments, including product development/ R&D, operations, and marketing, to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
    3. Analyze technical performance metrics and data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
    4. Resolve problems and concerns of external stakeholders.
    5. Be on a continuous lookout for new opportunities for market expansion/ new product entry.
    6. Establish and maintain rapport with existing and potential large customers/ key accounts.
    7. Convert customer/ architect requirements into technical specification
    8. Liaison with Green Building rating/ energy rating agencies
    9. Develop Product Data sheets & installation manuals
    10. Develop comparison sheets & calculation tools for sales enablement
    11. Work with external vendors for third party test certificates
    12. Develop training material development of installers, retailers & sales team
    13. Participate in company sponsored exhibitions, road shows, and other on-ground marketing activities.
    14. Estimate material/ time/ tools for prospective orders and visit jointly with sales team to customers/ influencers for closure of leads
    15. Conduct product demos for Architects/ interior designers/ other stakeholders
    16. Manage relationships with channel partners and service providers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of outsourced services.
    17. Conduct competitor and market analysis within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitive activity, new customers etc.
