Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Technical Architect with 6-10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As a .NET Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the development of complex .NET applications and solutions. Your expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, coupled with your strategic mindset, will be essential in guiding our development teams towards delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.Responsibilities:1. Architect and design robust, scalable, and high-performance .NET solutions based on business requirements and technical constraints.2. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define technical solutions.4. Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and maintainability.5. Lead. code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.6. Design and implement architectural patterns and best practices to optimize application performance, scalability, and security.7. Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively to ensure successful project delivery.8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET development and recommend relevant technologies and practices.9. Serve as a subject matter expert for .NET technologies and provide technical guidance and support to development teams.10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2. 6-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.3. Proven experience in architecting and designing enterprise-level .NET applications and solutions.4. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.5. Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.7. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of guiding development teams towards successful project delivery.8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.9.
