    About this opportunityLooking for a Solution Architect with hands-on experience in Administration, Deployment, configuration, and management of VMware and vRealize Automation tool and have work experience on Private and Hybrid Cloud models. We believe in taking decisions as close to the product and technical expertise as possible work at EricssonWhat you will do Experience in architecting Hyper-converged infrastructure, VMware vRealize Orchestrator Supports the existing Automation Portals and provisioning scripts Serves as a domain expert for automation and orchestration Develop Linux and Windows provisioning scripting using multiple languages/scripting technologies Ability to support the automation environment including troubleshooting vRA and vRO issues. Understanding of architecture frameworks, architecture artifacts, and governance. Knowledge of project costing, estimating, and commercial. awareness Architectural appreciation of operability, reliability, security, performance, and sustainability (in the context of infrastructure and cloud platform architectures). lead the SRT Bridge (P1, P2 call) Vendor Management Excellent communication both written and spoken Can handle and work under pressure. Respect for employees and the companys culture. A positive attitude with an encouraging nature of mentoring team members and a dedicated work ethic is a must.You will bringExperience: Overall IT 12 years (9 years of rich experience in IT infra-Services, 3-5 years of experience in Automated provisioning using vRealize Automation (vRA)Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering / BCA Computer Science Hands-on experience with VMware, ESXi, and VRA tool Excellent scripting skills (Example: shell scripts, PowerShell, Javascript. Good on Incident management and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to build vRealize workflows that use multiple systems/APIs/Languages Hands-on solid understanding with a high-level object-oriented programming language is highly desirable.Feel like you are not meeting 100% of the requirements for this role .
