Job Description

    Seeking dynamic candidates (102 or graduates) for outbound sales in an insurance call center.Strong communication skills, persuasive approach, and target-driven mindset required.Attractive incentives included.Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to inform them about various life, health, or general insurance products.Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, present suitable insurance products, and persuade them to purchase policies by effectively communicating benefits and features.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.Follow-up: Maintain a detailed call log and follow up with potential customers to ensure timely closure of sales.Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and clarify any doubts regarding insurance policies.Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.Training Participation: Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
