Job Description

    Job Summary: As a Credit Card Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell credit card products and services over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and articulate the benefits of the credit cards offered by the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a thorough understanding of the credit card industry.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Engagement:
      • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to discuss credit card products.
      • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about credit card features, benefits, and application procedures.
    2. Sales and Target Achievement:
      • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
      • Utilize effective selling techniques to convert leads into credit card applications and approvals.
      • Upsell additional credit card features and services to maximize revenue.
    3. Product Knowledge:
      • Stay updated on the latest credit card offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
      • Clearly and concisely explain credit card terms, interest rates, rewards, and fees to potential customers.
    4. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
      • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction.
    5. Documentation and Application Processing:
      • Assist customers in completing credit card applications and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
      • Collaborate with the backend team to expedite the application process.
    6. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
      • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards related to the sale of credit card products.
      • Ensure accurate and ethical representation of credit card terms and conditions.
    7. Reporting:
      • Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
      • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share best practices.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the financial industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Knowledge of credit card products, financial terms, and industry regulations.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
    Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.Training: On-the-job training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with the companys credit card products, sales techniques, and compliance procedures.
