Job Description

    Role Overview:The Life Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products to individuals, understanding their financial needs, and helping them choose suitable policies to secure their future.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and approach potential clients for life insurance products.
    • Understand customer needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
    • Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Follow up on leads through cold calls, references, and networking.
    • Maintain records of sales and client interactions.
    • Attend sales meetings and training sessions for continuous skill development.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
    • Prior experience in insurance / banking / financial sales is an advantage.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
    • Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial planning concepts.
