Job Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Telecaller (Female) to join our team . As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential donors, partners, and the community to promote our cause, raise awareness, and secure financial or volunteer support for the NGOs initiatives. Your goal will be to effectively communicate our mission and inspire action through positive engagement over the phone.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Outreach and Engagement:
      • Make outbound calls to potential donors, partners, and supporters to explain the NGOs mission, projects, and needs.
      • Generate interest and enthusiasm about the NGOs causes and invite individuals to contribute or get involved.
      • Explain the different ways individuals can support the NGO, such as donations, volunteer work, or advocacy.
    2. Donor Relationship Management:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with donors and potential supporters through regular follow-ups.
      • Provide information on fundraising campaigns, events, and the impact of donations.
      • Address any queries or concerns regarding donations, project details, or volunteering opportunities.
    3. Data Entry and CRM Maintenance:
      • Accurately maintain records of all interactions with potential and existing supporters in the CRM system.
      • Track progress on targets and report on calls made, donations secured, or leads generated.
    4. Fundraising Support:
      • Promote and encourage recurring donations or larger contributions by sharing how the funds will be utilized to support specific programs or initiatives.
      • Follow up on pledges made by potential donors to convert them into actual donations.
    5. Awareness Campaigns:
      • Assist in promoting campaigns and events related to the NGOs objectives and goals.
      • Educate and inform the public about social issues, community needs, and the role of the NGO in addressing them.
    6. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with the fundraising and outreach teams to align efforts and meet campaign goals.
      • Participate in team meetings and provide insights on donor engagement and potential improvements to outreach strategies.
    7. Feedback Collection:
      • Collect feedback from supporters and donors to improve future engagement and ensure that the needs and concerns of supporters are addressed.
      • Ensure that all calls are made in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner, keeping the mission of the NGO at the forefront.
