Job Description

    • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, service, or offer.
    • Answer customer inquiries and address concerns in a polite and professional manner.
    • Maintain records of conversations and update the customer database.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets or customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Follow scripts and compliance standards.
    Skills Required

    5. Time Management:
      • Prioritizing tasks to handle multiple calls efficiently.
    Eligibility
    • Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related fields can be an advantage.
    • Experience: Entry-level roles are common, but experience in sales or customer service can be beneficial
