Job Description

    Job Summary:-We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Telesales Officers (TSO). In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Star Health insurance products via telephone to prospective customers. Your goal is to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and build strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:-1)Promote and sell Star Health insurance products to potential customers via telephonic communication.2)Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable insurance products.3)Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.4)Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.5)Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.6)Handle customer queries and objections effectively to close sales.7)Follow up with customers to ensure sales are completed.Education:- Diploma or equivalent.Experience:-1)Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or telecalling.2)Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
