Job Description

    We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to work on the Loan settlement process. - 15K to 22K PF Different types of Incentives. - 5 calls per day- Highly Qualified Leads (No cold Callings)- No active competitor- Working Hours- 10 am to 6 pm.- 6 Days working- Only unmarried candidatesRequirements:- 6 months -1 years of experience in a related Tele Sales field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Achieving Target Goals - Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks- Energetic and talkative candidates- Hardware:- Candidate should have their own laptop if you will use an office laptop then there is some deduction. ( Rs.1350/- duction in salary but for 2 months free of cost.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and check-ins- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services and work with the sales team to close deals- Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure long-term growth and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Provide product training and support to customers as needed- Meet and exceed customer success metrics and targets
