Job Description

    Hello,We are Looking for Tendering ManagerJob Location:- Noida (UP)Salary:- upto 10 LPAMin Experience:- 5 year Qualification:- B.Tech/Diploma CivilKEY RESPOSNIBILITIES :-
    • Manage the end-to-end bid process, from reviewing RFPs/RFIs to final submission, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop with strategies and create compelling, accurate proposals.
    • Identify risks, ensure adherence to client requirements, and maintain high standards of quality & consistency.
    • Drive continuous improvement through post-bid analysis and enhancement of proposal processes and content.
    • Tender Screening & Evaluation: Analyzing tender documents (NIT, RFP, PQ) to assess eligibility, scope, risks, and feasibility.
    • Pre-Qualification (PQR) Management: Evaluating company credentials against tender requirements to ensure eligibility.
    • Work Experience: Preparing detailed for EPC, HAM, or BOT projects.
    • Technical & Financial Submission: Preparing the full tender package.
    • E-Tendering Management: Navigating government portals like IREPS, E-procurement, E-tender, Bharat Electronics Tender and central/state procurement platforms for document uploading and bid management.
    • Bid Approval: Preparing tender synopses and bid approval notes for management review.
    • Tendering & Bid Management: Experience in preparation and submission of bids for government and institutional building projects under organizations such as NBCC (India) Limited, Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Public Works Department (PWD), and HSCC (India) Limited for residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, and industrial building works.
    • Documentation & Compliance: Skilled in preparation of technical bids, pre-qualification documents, compliance statements, EMD documentation, vendor registrations, and tender coordination as per CPWD specifications, NBCC standards, GCC conditions, and government procurement requirements.
    • Business Development (BD): Involved in identifying tender opportunities, client coordination, consortium/vendor communication, bid strategy support, proposal submissions, and follow-up activities for building construction and infrastructure projects across public sector organizations.
