Principal responder for new tool development, tool maintenance, negotiation, scheduling, studying detailed possibility including part purpose, assembly, manufacturability, aesthetics, prepare FMEA, determining tooling concept, prepare detailed design and get final acceptance of 3D model & tool design from customer. Driving moulds right from buying raw material to tool try-out through correction, tool acceptance till contrive exciting parts. Improved value of all current & new products, explore optimization opportunities & Zero Level Analysis. Plan design & process (Prepare drawing for all stages), Schedule Production through time & motion study, expert at project manufacturing handling & developing customized manufacturing oriented methods. Meet acceptability by confirming against performance, reliability, regulatory, operating, service, maintenance & environmental needs.
