Job Description

    As a travel sales consultant, your primary responsibility is to assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This can include flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and vacation packages. Your duties may include: Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by listening to customers needs, offering personalized recommendations, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Booking Travel: Using booking systems and databases to make reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. Research: Staying up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and deals to provide customers with accurate information and options that suit their preferences and budget. Sales: Upselling additional services or upgrades to increase sales revenue, such as travel insurance, airport transfers, or excursions. Documentation: Ensuring all necessary documentation, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, are in. order and providing customers with relevant information regarding travel requirements. Problem Resolution: Assisting customers with any issues or changes to their travel plans, such as flight cancellations, delays, or itinerary modifications. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Promotions and Marketing: Promoting special offers, discounts, and vacation packages to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
