Job Description

    Desired Skills and Experience:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is mustHave passion for Sales and customer service is mustKnowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraintGood knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred but not a constraintMust have knowledge of worldgeography & airport preferred but not a constraintMust have exp in Meta/ppc callsCandidates from travel / Airlines industry will be preferredResponsibilities:Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirementsUnderstand customer requirement and offer packages accordinglyCoordinating with operations teamHandling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiries (Understanding of UK/US destination is preferred)Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, customization ofinternational / outbound tour packagesProviding excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolutionResponsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly Experience: 1Best in industry salary and Incentives.Location- NoidaShift- Night Shift (UK Process)6Daysworking.
