  • A. respond to customer queries
  • B. make an offer to the client and close the query
  • C. Interact with hotels and transporters
  • D. Issue vouchers to client and complete billing
  • E. Take feedback from client and suggest improvements if required
4. Skill Set:
  • Good Spoken and written English
  • Good Spoken Hindi. Proficiency in any regional language will be added advantage
  • Working knowledge of following destinations:
  • Domestic: any 3 of the following destinations Kerala, Goa, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Rajasthan, Golden Triangle
  • International: any 3 of the following destinations: Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau, Bali, Dubai, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius
5. Experience: 1-4 years6. Salary: as per industry norms7. Work Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 am.
