Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a talented Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers for our company from pet- wellness industry.Responsibilities but not limited to:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and find creative solutions to customer problems- Build rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business- Gather customer feedback and make recommendations for improving customer service- Keep up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by the company- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure that customer needs are metRequirements:- Experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with empathy and professionalism- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer problems- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software- A passion for delivering excellent customerservice
