Dear Candidate,Greetings fromJS Recruitment!*Direct Walk-in Company*Direct Interview in Company*We have urgently requirement forChat/Backend Executive (Male & Female both can apply) ForSwiggy(Chat) Process.Candidate should be Confident, Self Motivated, Active Listener, Target Oriented, Problem Solving skills, and should have Positive Attitude and Excellent Communication Skills with Basic Computer Knowledge,Job Description for Chat Process Customer ServiceProcess Name:- Swiggy Customer Service(Chat)Designation Chat Executive operations (Chat Process)Pre- Requisites:-Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.Must have above Excellent (Verbal & Written) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment (Female between 7am to 7Pm).Fixed 9 hours shift.No CabNo MealsEligibility Criteria:-

  1. Graduates/Under Grads candidates should have excellent communication and written skills.
  2. Typing speed up to 20w.p.m with at least 85% accuracy.
  3. Well versed with the use of Internet.
  4. Must be willing to work in shifts (24*7/Roster offs/No Cabs)
  5. 12-15 days paid days Training
  6. Minimum 6 months Chat experience
  7. Fresher/Experience Both can apply

  1. Must possess Verbal & Written English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI).
  2. Clarity in speech with neutral accent.
  3. Should have problem solving attitude.
  4. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
