Job Description

    Manage month-end close, reconciliation, and intercompany accounting, analyzing B/S and P&L budget variances.Supporting regional management in USA by providing clear analyses on monthly operations management reporting.Monitoring & analysis of monthly COGS, Revenue Growth & providing MIS Report for management.Sales Monitoring & uploading of various E-Commerce Portals in the books.Preparation of Monthly actual Cashflow & cashflow forecast by collecting the relevant Data from management. Analyzing Actual vs Budgeted cashflow.Prepared and presented comprehensive reporting packages to management teams that played critical role in strategic planning efforts.Uploading Purchase bills, verifying proper approval from authorized person and ensure correct categorization into the books.Run US Payroll of various Clients via Payroll Softwares & Upload them in the books Accordingly.Prepared monthly and weekly AP/AR aging reports to management. Review Ap aging report with management & releasing payments accordingly.Operate mail IDs of multiple clients on daily basis and actively generate the required data for the mails.
