Job Description

    US Healthcare RecruiterLocation: RemotePosition Overview: A US Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across various specialties within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices in the United States. The role involves working with both healthcare providers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
    • Screening Resumes: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and experience.
    • Candidate Placement: Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and preferences.
    • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and employers, understanding their staffing needs.
    • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with federal, state, and industry regulations.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and contract terms between candidates and healthcare employers.
    • Coordination: Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and onboarding process.
    • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and staffing requirements to provide informed recommendations.
    • Performance Metrics: Meet recruitment targets and track placement success to achieve company goals.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
