Job Description

    JOB LOCATION- SECTOR 62 NOIDATIMING- 4PM-7:30PM (WFO) 9PM-2AM (WFH)For 3 hours you have to report to the office.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Be responsible for end to end interview coordination like Requirement diagnosis, Score rubric creation, Channel creation, Scheduling, rescheduling, assignment of interviews, QC checking ,sharing feedback with clients. Working in challenging client requests and addressing escalations as needed Completing monthly interview targets. Should be responsible for expected interview completion rate, selection rate. Channel trouble shooting so that completion rate and selection rate KPIs are met. Maintaining and analyzing request tracker on daily basis. Handling clients directly .Engaged in Customer Engagement activity 3-4 hours daily by calls ,emails, messages and through linkedin Regular interaction with client SPOC to understand the requirement and business projection. Develop close relations with clients HR managers, VPs and other key. stakeholders Maintaining good relationships with clients and getting some exclusive requirements. Pushing clients to get new business opportunities and getting maximum revenue from existing business Follow up with clients to get feedback and closures on time Actively participating in drives, managing con-calls to understand requirements, and executing business. Discussing with clients about vanilla, niche and super niche requirements and exclusive positions. Closing position in stipulated timeline. There should be demos or meetings per week as a result of customer engagement Maintaining a database of all client requirements. Perform product demonstration and calibration calls with the clients All the sheets should be maintained properly ,and should be updated regularly. Should be flexible to stretch working hours as per the need of the organization. Should be flexible to move to any other department as per the need of the business,
