Manage your Products, Inventory, Loyalty and CRM from a single location, anytime anywhere!Our employees work together and play together, creating an atmosphere that is collaborative and supportive, flexible and empowering.Responsibilities- Design visually appealing graphics (social media creatives , performance marketing ads, Web banners, carousels, infographics etc) for a variety of digital platforms.- Design and execute animations for web, social media, and multimedia platforms.- Strong knowledge and execution of Editing of Video formats like Reels, Motion graphic video, product videos.. Utilize industry-standard software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premium Pro, After Effects, Adobe Animate, etc.) to create dynamic and captivating creatives and motion graphics.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, training and development teams, to bring creative visions to life.- Present design concepts and ideas effectively, providing rationale and solutions.- Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, work collaboratively, and prioritize tasks.- Ability to work independently as well as in teams, and manage timely projects in a fast-paced environment.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.- Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final execution.- Stay Updated with Industry Trends.- Keep abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and tools related to animations.Qualifications- Bachelors or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.- At least 2 years of post qualification experience in graphic design and video editing, especially social media videos (Instagram, FB, Linkedin)- Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).- Expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy with aesthetic sensitivity.- Ability to create compelling visual content for digital advertising including display ads, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.- Experience in shooting video, lighting, sound, and post-production will be a plus (Optional qualification but this will give you an edge,
