Job Description

    ResponsibilityManage the end-to-end visaapplication process, including document collection, application submission, and follow-up with embassies and consulates.Provide clients with comprehensive guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and timelines for various countries.Review and verify client documents to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the destination countrys visa application.Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information and ensure timely submission of visa applications.Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and processes for different countries, and communicate these changes to clients and internal teams.Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to resolve any issues that may arise during the visa application process.Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, including status updates and outcomes, in the companys database.Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their visa applications and address any concerns or queries they may have.Collaborate with the Travel Manager and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for clients.Assist in developing and implementing best practices for visa processing to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.RequirementsBachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in visa processing or operations within the travel industry.Strong understanding of visa regulations, application procedures, and documentation requirements for various countries.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling client documentation.Proficiency in using visa processing software and CRM systems.
