Job Description

    Job Title: Voice CoachLocation: NoidaExperience - 2 to 4 yearsSkills:Voice & Accent Training, Language Training, Excellent Communication Skills , Soft Skills Training, Presentation Skills, Behavioral Training, Soft Skill Training EtcWork Experience:
    1. This position is for Communication Training Team
    2. Conduct Transactional audits as per control plan to meet targeted accuracy and timeliness
    3. Provide Feedback and suggestions for improvement
    4. Publish Dashboards at defined intervals
    5. Data AnalysisStrong Analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data (Error Analysis and Root Cause Analysis for process deviations)
    6. Publish compliance dashboards as per plan
    7. Flexibility and Availability for any ad-hoc business requirement
    8. Ensure Confidentiality, Availability and Integrity of Data
    9. Provide Feedback and suggestions for improvement
    10. GAP Analysis & Controls
    11. Continuous Focus and Drive to meet and exceed department SLAs
    12. Conduct New Hire training and Refresher training based on TNA
    13. Conduct interviews
    Preferred Competencies :
    1. Ability to train on sounds (IPA), grammar and soft skills
    2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    3. Should have good knowledge of audit and evaluation function
    4. Should have good understanding capabilities to improve customer experience
    5. Ready to work in Shift timing as per process requirement
    6. Knowledge of usage of MS Office
    7. Must be fluent in English language
