    About this opportunity!Our GFGO Global Business Services Global Shared Service Centre for Learning Operations fulfils a pivotal role towards all Ericsson employees, with global responsibility for the efficient operations of our total employee learning offering.We are currently looking for a WalkMe Builder (Developer), who will play a crucial role in understanding stakeholders needs and translating them into effective WalkMe solutions. WalkMe, the leading digital adoption platform, overlays on any application, identifying where workflows break and providing personalized guidance and automation to help your people get the job done.This is an exciting time join the Learning & Development community at Ericsson as it embarks on a major transformation to globalize processes and solutions for increased effectiveness, explore opportunities for innovative & technology driven learning, and drive an agile learning culture.What You Will Do Discuss demands from stakeholders for WalkMe. supporting process execution on SuccessFactors. Translate stakeholder demands into WalkMe solutions. Develop, test, and deploy WalkMe solutions. Manage the life cycle of WalkMe solutions. Document best practices. Participate in regular or on-demand calls with WalkMe on operational and development topics. Learn and test new WalkMe platform functionality.You will bring Understanding of HTML to capture web elements and design rules in WalkMe. Proficiency in designing and working with jQuery and a browser console. Ability to understand and code in Regular Expressions (RegEx) for WalkMe. Knowledge and application of CSS and BBCode in WalkMe elements. Ability to help define the scope of a project and its limits. Experience in planning timelines and stakeholder involvement. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Prioritization skills to manage multiple demands effectively.
