Job Description

    • Code base and custom formats used by Product Loader in XSLT and Groovy language
    • Provide estimates for design, fixes and enhancements with PDM applications
    • Perform software development in traditional software lifecycle activities as software is promoted through development, QA, user acceptance, and production environments
    • Assist in resolving production incidents; research, problem isolation, assessment of fixes, remediation with appropriate design and peer code review, release planning, fix validation
    • Perform original software design for new business functionality and integration
    • Applying knowledge of technologies, processes, and methodologies to monitor, maintain and support PDM applications
    • Communicate often with the business users to gather requirements, analyze and present different options as solutions
    • Support monthly refresh of non-production environments
    • Ensure software and configuration is backed up in source control through occasional audits
    • While the job function is mostly during normal business hours, the position will require some on-call work and participate in off hours escalation discussions for 24x7 based operations. Occasional weekend monitoring of jobs is also necessary. Some flexibility for working with USA-based team will be required. PAS2
