Job Description

    Workplace Connectivity Architect is responsible for the design, build, integrity, and quality of Connectivity solutions delivered to End Users, Business, and support functions. The focus of this role would be to improve end user connectivity experience, provide seamless anytime & anywhere access and that with meeting the Architecture and security standardsResponsibilities
    • Review and validate the functional and technical use case specifications. Participate in requirement gathering and building roadmap with other architects, Solution Managers and Business Domain
    • Be the Center of excellence on the network flows for the major workplace, Collaboration & Security applications running on User s PC
    • Consults, gives advice, and supports the development of new Workplace connectivity solutions and services, or the changing/ transformation of existing ones.
    • Collaboration with the Information Security to ensure that solutions and services are compliant with Security Standards
    • Upon Change Supervisor request, evaluates risk & impact of standard & non-standard changes, such as introducing new major solutions functionalities, features, migrations etc.
    • Lead or participate on architecture engagements as part of Projects or Change Requests, and produce architecture deliverables within assigned Solution scope
    • Evaluates design approaches, makes architectural recommendations, deliver Proof of Concept Pilot outcomes
    • Ensures architecture reference is maintained as per Enterprise Architecture modeling methodology & procedures in scope.
    • Contributes to Problem Management for Connectivity Solutions
    , Technical Skills :Proven track record of technical background in :- Implementation of Safe Internet access for users, VPN, Zero Trust Network Architecture, Zscaler services, SDWAN, Microsoft Teams enterprise Voice Good Understanding of : - Routing, QOS, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, SANs, WANs, LANs and WAN Optimizing Solutions, Sniffer, Wireshark etc. Experience in : - Different Load Balancing solutions including Hardware appliances and Software load balancing- Generating RFP, RFI, RFQs, HLD, LLD and other technical documents for project life cycle Industry recognizable certificates in Network technologies IS A MUST Behavioral Skills :Ability to collaborate, partner with external vendors and global service providers to manage solution design and delivery Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels Ability to direct and to drive an external/vendor team of experts Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources. Strong influencing leadership, presentation, and technical write-up skills with strong oral and written communication skills.Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA (70% & Above)Experience : Overall Min. 10 Years; With 5+ years Professional Experience in Workplace connectivity at user & system level, Network flows among workplace, security, and collaborative tools.
