Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Business delivery: Ensure that the territory achieves the Net Sales Value.
    • Sales Planning: Break the annual targets into quarters and months.
    • Distributor Management: Handled distributors and drove volume, and value through them. Outlet Management: Handled OFF premise & ON premise.
    • Width of Distribution: Ensure that the brands are available in maximum outlets so that the spread is more.
    • Qualitative/ Hygiene factor- RtC Route to Consumer): Drive qualitative factors to showcase our brands in the outlet. The parameters were Quality, Distribution,
    • Visibility, Price, Promotion, and Persuasion.
    • Budgeting & Financial Planning: Managing the budget of the territory. Spend has to be optimized as per the generation to keep the P&L healthy.
    • Team Management: Handled a team size of Sales Executives and Distributor Salesmen. 10. Activations: Driving effective promotions across ON and OFF premises.
    • Competition Analysis: Keep an eye on every activity of competition to remain strong and dominant in the marketplace.
