Job Description

We have urgent openings for Sales profile for direct channel for our own organisation.Please find below the complete details of job profile,

  • Managing the training activities for the assigned location
  • Conducting the (Induction) Training for the Newly Joined RM/RO in the Company
  • Preparing the Monthly training calendar for the Clusters and arranging the training for the needed sales people.
  • Regularly arranging Product refresher training Programs for them
  • Conducting on the job training for the RM/RO and Financial advisors.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with ability to network across the organization.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position):
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in Sales Training with at least 1-2 yrs experience in Life Insurance.
  • Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) with sales background
  • Must have knowledge of Insurance products.
