Job Description

• The preparation of the company QA production manual control and activities supervision whether on or off site.
• Review product design and production process, locate activities inspection, plan quality
• organization chart along with qualifications of intended personnel and build cohesive &
• motivated team in challenging solutions & empowerment.
• Validation of Protocols & Control plans.
• Deployment of Quality Plan in shop.
• Implementation of various quality tools on shop floor.
• Process audits/ Spot audits/ Layered audits.
• Impart training to Engineers/ Inspectors/ Operators on different topics to help in professional front to ensure good product quality & work culture.
• Communication of quality KPIs weekly/ monthly basis to track performance.
• PFMEA with CFT for overall process improvement & control.
• Carrying out root cause analysis of internal and external complaints to implement suitable corrective and preventive actions by modifying SOPs.
• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the companys quality management system.
• Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities at production floor.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities and compliances at vendors production floor.
• Compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages.
• Coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC
• systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required.
• 19) Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors.
• Review of suppler quality plans against contract requirements.
• Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.
• Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications.
• Review supplier material certificates.
• Take part in supplier audit and surveillances.
• Coordinate with the companies discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies.
• Monitor statistical method reporting.
• Coordinate with management for quality improvements.
• Issue of nonconformance reports.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
• Compete production quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
• Track all nonconformance reports.
• Achieving, Quality Targets, Cost reduction.
• Ensuring dispatched end-product confirms to customer requirement and relevant standards.
• Disposition of nonconforming products and slow moving product in coordination with
• Marketing and PPC.
• Development of new product in coordination with R & D and production including inspection and investigation process.
• Managing testing of raw material, in process and finished product.
• Enhancing production process vis a vis activities, quality and inspections.

• QA- QC, PFMEA, CFT, NDT ASNT Level-II (UT, MPI, LPT, RT, VT), NDT EN ISO9712, Risk analysis -PFMEA, Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt, Certificate of EHS, Boiler & pressure vessel

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University;
• 15-20 Years Experience with at least 8+ years in equal management experience;
• Sound understanding of business practices;
• 5-7 years working experience in steel fabrication, panel fabrication (continuous and discontinued) and machine shop practices with an understanding of work flow and constraints theories;
