Dear Candidate,Hope you are doing well.There is an immediate opening with Top FirmWork Location:- Palasbari Dist, Kampur Job Description of HR Officer1.MBA / PGDM / Diploma in HR / MSW should apply for this position.2.New Manpower Planning according to the production department as per requirement.3.Dealing with Labour contractors like new contractor hire, verified contractors Bill, contractual Labour planning etc.4.Attendance punching5.Recruitment and Induction of new Employees6.Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like P.F., E.S.I, Factory Act, etc.7.Liaisoning with Govt. and regulatory bodies like Boards, local government agencies for obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring smooth working conditions in the premises.8.Will be arranging for Training & Development9.Manage House keeping, Grievance handling & staff welfare activity10.To maintain and develop HR policies.11.To ensure timely recruitment of required staff.12.To ensuring compliance with statutory regulation as per Factory & Labour Law.13.Preparing Absenteeism report and warning letter to absentees14.Grievance handled in first goes and resolved within 48 hours15.Identify training needs and provide On job Training16.To ensure handling the accidental cases (including contract)17.Prepare error free Attendance inputs18.Induction training for all new joined employees19.Contractual Labour planning as per production department requirement & Verify contractors Bill and compliance20.Reduce absenteeism through conciliation and warning letter issue to absentee.21.Prepare error free attendance and send HO every 1stdate of month.22.Contractual Labour planning as per production department requirement & Verify contractors Bill and compliance23.Ensure compliance & statutory returns as per Govt. Norms. Send ESI , PF challan to HO for payment before the every 15thday of Month .24.To ensure OJT to be imparted & skill matrix to be developed with consultation of department HEAD
