Sr.Account Manager for FMCG or Manufacturing for Assam.Job Summary: Senior Accountant The Role is responsible for performing specialized accountingAs such l do can source candidates from any FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.Profile from any FMCG or Manufacturing Needed only Male Candidates for this Position.Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the data quality of the general ledger.Reviews the work of the outsourced accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash and bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, fixed asset activity, payroll, and accounts payable transactions, intercompany transactions, etc.)Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.Design and review general ledger on monthly basis to ensure accuracy of recordsProduces various financial reports and reconciliations with commentary for various reviews.Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc ( as the occasion requires. ) financial reports as required for tax, regulatory authorities and others.Lead special projects for Finance and Planning groups requiring cross functional interaction.Participate in ROC filings working in conjunction with the Legal and Corporate.Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivableAnalyze financial information and summarize financial statusReview and recommend modifications to accounting systems and proceduresParticipate in financial standards setting and in forecast processProvide input into departments goal setting processPrepare financial statements and produce budget according to scheduleAssist with tax audits and tax returnsDirect internal and external audits to ensure complianceSupport month-end and year-end close processDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsEnsure compliance with GAAP principlesProven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountantThorough knowledge of basic accounting proceduresIn-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close processMail Id-jyoti.hrgroup.99@gmail.comCont-9168471423
