Must be experienced in handling multiple stores operations 2. Experience in handling hospital based retail chains is an added advantage3. Must be from Optical industry and flexible to travelRoles & Responsibilities:1. Responsible to achieve given Region / Counter / Individual staff Business Target on monthly basis. 2. Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management & having one monthly meeting with Doctor / Hospital management is mandatory.3. Responsible to conduct Audit for all his / her counters monthly once & weekly / Monthly meeting with counter team members. MOM should be sent to RM.4. Responsible to lead counter team members to get the desired results as given by company.5. Responsible for training all counter staff on products, sales process, soft skills, SOP, product upgradation, dispensing standards & so on . & ensure all his / her team members are at par with the Standards laid by the company. Training counter team members is one of the important task of the Area Manager & it should be a continuous process.6. Responsible to ensure counter teams achieve the monthly targets & counter goal figures in terms of Rx Walk-ins, Conversion %, Volume, Value & ATV.7. Responsible for visiting all his counter regularly, at least twice in month remote locations & ensure business operations are going smooth. Suggest to have 1 Mystery counter visit.8. Responsible to update all developments of the counters / region / hospital matters to Regional Manager on daily / regular basis.9. Responsible to take Induction / SOP / Price list session to all new employees & ensure they get gel with the team ASAP.10. Responsible to send all required reports / data to all departments at HO on schedule time as per the said process / formats.11. Responsible to minimize the counter & lab petty expenditures as much as possible.12. Responsible to maintain required manpower at counters / regions & ensure the employee cost to company is below to the percentage given by the company.13. Responsible to maintain the dcor of the counter at all times & change the visual merchandising twice in a year in coordination with Marketing Dept.14. Responsible for getting all Trade licensees required as per the local government & ensure all licensees get renewed before licenses renewal date.15. Responsible for procuring the right stocks for the counters as per the customer profile requirement & ensure stocks are well maintained by the counter teams.16. Responsible for handling Fitting labs if its a part of the profile & ensure lab give best output on time with perfect fittings.17. Responsible for all kinds of coordination / communication between Counter team & Ben management, Counter team & Hospital management, Counter team & vendors & between Ben management & Hospital management.18. Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of Company Business data, Internal Process & Procedures, Documents, Customer data & any other company internal business transaction.
