Job details:
  • About Company : 5* Hotel
  • Location : Cavelossiam - South Goa
  • Experience :Min 1 year
  • Salary : 18000 -25000PM
  • Qualification:Any
  • Working Days: 9 to 6, 6 days working
  • Number of openings :1
  • Thoroughly checking the F&B bills, Posting && Approval for discounts&& missing bills on daily
  • basis && send discrepencies
  • Monitoring the N.C. (NON CHARGABLE) KOTs and making monthly reports
  • Works alongside restaurant and bar on new menu master items and pricing in POS( IDS Fortune
  • Nest v6)
  • Checking of bar Inventories prepared by barman issues && receipts on daily basis.
  • Ensure month-end stock taken are performed accurately and timorously && expiry dates checked
  • in all F&&B outlets
  • Control, check/issues of items from stores to outlets.
  • Responsible for the checking of transfers '' posting to/from outlets where necessary and correcting
  • any mis-classification of food vs. beverag
  • Conducts regular checks of all Food && Beverage par stocks
  • Responsible && Knowledge of items for the analysis and investigation of stock take variances
  • Supervision and Preparation working of Daily Food && Beverage Cost Reports
  • Generate all month-end Food and Beverage reports
  • To travel outside Goa for stock taking of monthly inventories && audit Independently in others
  • units whenever required ,,
  • Attending and handling of NR in banquets functions and checking that no irregularity occurs
  • (Head count) during the function, which affects the billing.
  • Implement cost saving measures && improve control with new ideas /reduce the pilferage/wastage
  • /spoilage of food and beverages.
  • To travel outside Goa for stock taking of monthly Inventories && audit Independently in others
  • units whenever required .
