  • Plan & Manage event / festival for all vertical as per the marketing calendar.
  • Planning activities for units to perform as per the budgeted sales at all times.
  • Measure each activity and improvise, effectively conduct activities to ensure ROI.
  • Handling end to end marketing & branding for new launch, which involves, store setup, aligning for marketing collateral, Concept PPT, Pre Post launch plan and branding.
  • Custodian of all the marketing collateral across all vertical in your region.
  • Support Operations & Marketing team in the development and implementation of regional marketing calendar across all verticals.
  • Regular visit to all outlets, check if all marketing collaterals are in place andare in good condition, if not rectify immediately.
  • Regular follow-up with vendors,marketing team, operations team for all new and existing marketing collaterals, outlet launches and events.
  • Create and maintain standard marketing check list for all new outlet opening and event.
  • Monitor and analyze regional market trends and products analysis.
  • Creating, maintaining and updating vertical wise outlet flow chart with detailed specifications of all offline and online marketing collaterals.
  • All elements at an outlet facing the customer should be in the right order.
