Job Description

This position is accountable for product management and sales enablement for CARE offerings in MEIA territory. Accountabilities include launching and positioning new offerings PackageCare, PartsCare, PlannedCare, SelectCare and - and driving continuous improvements in existing CARE portfolio by developing winning strategies to support services led growth. This will be achieved by listening to channel feedback from both Direct Customers as well as Distributors. Partnering with Global CARE Portfolio Leadership, Sales Enablement, Service Operations & Executions, Legal, Warranty and Tech Support teams.Position Responsibilities:Execute global CARE strategy in MEIA

  • Partner with Global CARE Portfolio Leader, Sales Enablement function and Service Operations to drive CARE Harmonization MEIA.
  • Drive local adaptations of PackageCare, PartsCare, PlannedCare and SelectCare to ensure market relevance.
  • Drive new CARE offerings launches and ensure operational readiness
  • Manage projects related to problem solving and improvement initiatives to ensure all CARE offerings are aligned to local needs based on feedback from the field and MDI pareto (i.e. CARE Design work on Centrifugal Compressors range)
  • Capture voice of customer and channel feedback to ensure newly developed offerings meet customers expectations
  • Deliver CARE product trainings as per country requirements
  • Support improvement of SQI (service quality indicators)
Full end-to-end ownership of all CARE Calculator in MEIA.
  • Full ownership of all CARE calculators. Accountable for ensuring pricing increases, new unit launches and/or other or other territory specific parameters are included timely and as required.
  • Managing SPRs for care programs as per LOA.
  • Drive continuous improvement to this quoting tool to fix errors and add extra functionalities as per channel feedback
  • Partner with Sales and Service Operations to ensure alignment between quoting and execution.
  • Managing contract administration (from drafting to contract signing).
  • Partner with legal team and translation agency to ensure all documentation is representing high quality for end customers
  • Support profitability improvement by ensuring price accuracy in the quoting tool, including annual price increases to be updated in the calculator in due time
  • Implementing lesson learnt to continuous improve the Care proposals.
Ongoing CARE Program Management
  • Deliver product trainings as per country requirements.
  • Develop and support all reporting requirement for CARE.
  • Ongoing product support to sales & services teams and leadership teams locally.
Manage SelectCARE for Distribution Channel
  • Drive continuous improvement to SelectCARE Calculator add newly created kits, update pricing, fix errors, add extra functionalities as per channel feedback
  • Manage program improvement initiatives to ensure SelectCARE is aligned to local needs based on feedback from the field
  • Partner with Warranty Team to ensure alignment between program management and execution of the warranty
  • Ensure all necessary marketing material and training is available
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics.
  • MBA Preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in capital good industry.
  • Minimum 3 years in services environment required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in asset life cycle management.
  • Background and/or interest in Continuous Improvement and Lean Methodology
  • Very strong analytical and excel skills mandatory.
  • Must have broad-based business case analysis skills (sales, marketing, finance, operations) and short/long-range planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to navigate various level or organization.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral skills in English language.
