And hiring a professional is usually a must for painting exteriors. You do not need a degree, nor do you need to complete a specialized training program to paint, but in most states, you do need a license and you must know how to paint properly in order to receive your license. You will also need to get insurance to protect you from liability should anything go wrong.Painting interiors and exteriors are, in many ways, two separate jobs, since the paint types and the required tools are different for each. You can choose to do one or both.Construction and Maintenance Painter TrainingMost painters learn their trade on the job. They learn how to prepare surfaces, apply coating, hang wall covering, and match colors. Painters may have to complete additional safety training in order to work with scaffolding and harnesses.Although less common, workers who have a high school diploma or equivalent and who are at least 18 years old can become painters through a 3- or 4-year apprenticeship. For each year of a typical program, apprentices complete at least 144 hours of technical instruction and 2,000 hours of paid on-the-job training before becoming journey workers. Some apprenticeship programs give preference to veterans.Although the vast majority of workers learn their trade on the job or through an apprenticeship, some contractors offer their own training program for new workers.Types Of Painter Spary Painter Wall Painter Interior Painter Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsExperience - Fresher & experience both can apply.Skilled with minimum 1 year experienceBenefitsTraining, Health insurance, Food & Accommodation etcFor any clarifications pls Call (HR)feel free to call: 8657279923 /8657279924/9769627768send me your updated resume: albacoremarine@gmail.comThanks & Regards, HR TEAMAddress ;off. : 109, BGTA, ganga premises CHSBldg.no.A-3,wadala truck terminal, near RTO,wadala mubai-400037
