    Hello Job seekers,Urgent hiring for Production (SMT)Experience: Min 6 YearsQualification: B.techSkills: SMT, shop floor, machine operations, root cause analysis, oeeSalary: Hike on ctcLocation: GujaratEnsure the availability of 4M Concepts. Ensure the availability of BOM items at the respective cluster area Ensure 5S, kaizen, cleanliness and safety in the respective area Collect the production data, analyse and present as per the plan Plan for Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials for succeeding stages Do Root Cause Analysis and CAPA. Drive Shop Floor Management Systems Monitor the equipment to ensure proper function throughout the production process and machine monitoring and maintenance Test or measure or verify or check product(s) quality to ensure that they meet specifications Maintain production / process / quality and equipment related statistics / metrics and production log book Align with co-workers, supervisors, engineers and managers to ensure that the results of their activities meet as per the expectations. Maintain OEE / SPC data collection as instructed by the SOPs Implementation of TQM, TPM Concept on Shop Floor lie 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme,OEE,TPM, SMED Systems on Production Floor.* References are also appreciatedRegards,Kantahidden_mobilehidden_email ,
