Job Description

SDH Technology : Network Optical alarms, trouble shooting, DCC bytes, Synch, Performance monitoring , NMS layers , EMS layer , back up restoration.Monitoring alarms , opening trouble tickets and acting towards rectification of faults related to Transmission Network.Hardware and Software: Working with Ops team for hardware cases resolution. Ensuring ERT, Vendor support. Avoiding multiple POA. Tracking spares, SLA meet.

  • Drive prompt restoration of network through coordination with NOC, O&M teams and external vendors.
  • Hands on Remedy :know-how of CR registering, opening, closer. Incident registering and tracking.
  • ECI: Troubleshooting on ECI CWDM, Online support to team. Coordinating with vendor on POA, proactive cases resolution. NPT technology.
  • Alcatel: Product features in Bharti NW, troubleshooting of channel power, tuning 1626, transponders. Color, Black and white channels, Band multiplexer, channel multiplexer. 1678 Alcatel DXC product features and functionality. 1660 SDH products know-how.
  • Ceina : Hands-on required on ceina 5400 and 6200. Troubleshooting on HW / SW of Ceina. Configuring channels. OSNR for channels .
LCT login on: Alcatel 1660, 1678 and 1660.ECI: XDM Family and BG products. Tellabs: 6370, 6350.Nortel hyper terminal RFMS NW: OTDR traces analysis, LSPM, power meter. Fiber health.OLP: OLP monitoring, troubleshooting.Working in 24*7 environment i.e in shifts.,
