Regular Audit and Optimization Identify and Analyze cells with poor KPI Performance (Top Offenders Analysis)Optimize SON settings to generate KPI improvements Highlight load balancing exceptions as an input to planning RF planning teams Analyze High Triggers on Non-HS / HS Power Utilization, Code and H/W to identify the congested cell. Evaluate the RF Design for addition of new sites or carriers Correlate the Design with the live historical data from SON Highlight instances of poor coverage Highlight Areas with low coverage, hotspots, traffic growth on voice and data Highlight geographical areas for loss of traffic for marketing inputs Proactive assessment of resource conditions in the network KPI monitoring highlighting any major issues or discrepancies observed from SON perspective Support Customer s New Cell Site Neighbor Planning in APO Module and fine tune parameters On-going optimization of SON policy parameters Pro-active support for Special Events Provide implementation support for activities for new network elements (OSS, RNC, Sector Carriers) Reporting: Generate periodic reports for top offenders with highest drop-call rate (DCR) Generate periodic reports for top offenders with highest congestion / identify sites with maximum actions -Generate a monthly report to list sites where SON-DLB was unable to take actions due to-failures, or delayed KPIs along with root cause analysis-Generate a monthly report to indicate clusters where SON-DLB could not take actions due-to overloaded neighbors as an input to the Circle planning team-Generate Monthly Boomer report-Generate Monthly Activity report for application to show SON actions-Generate the PSC collision report every week,
