Job Details : Enable transition from manual systems/ excel driven processes to software based processes (HR automation) from scratch Extensively work on evaluating and implementing new software system from scratch with IT teams and accordingly recommend best HR processes Handle end to end compliances including Labor laws and other payroll specific statutory compliances Analyse, evaluate and lead cost sheet monthly bifurcation and allocation along with the business and HR Leaders Managing and revamp, if required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders Managing entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, alumni FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives
