Progress begins with you.SUMMARYThis role will focus on the production support and data integration for Ingersoll Rand s Incentive Compensation Management solution.This position will be responsible for assisting with sales compensation system operations including:Source System Data Integrationo PL/SQLo InformaticaUnix Shell Script Developmento Bash shell script design and developmentProduction Supporto Execution of data interface and pipelines as neededo Monitoring of data interfaces and pipeline executiono Troubleshooting data interface or pipeline issues as requiredo Managing IT-related compatibility and compliance requestsAssist with sales incentive compensation management requirements elicitation and documentationAssist with Callidus solution architectural designDesign and development of data integration components and ETL components in the Informatica ETL toolDesign and development of shell scripts and other components such as required for the bash shellParticipate in system validation activities including SIT, UAT, performance and security testing.Assist with deployment of Informatica, Shell Scripts and Callidus application into the multiple test environment and production environment.Data interface and Callidus pipeline execution and monitoringProduction Support and troubleshoot the solution as neededManagement of the completion of IT-related compatibility and compliance requestsOther duties as requiredBachelor s degree in business information systems, computer science or related discipline required plus 3-5 years of experience with Informatica and Unix Shell ScriptingExperience across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle requiredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite requiredExperience with Informatica ETL requiredExperience with PL/SQL requiredExperience with scripting languages such as: Unix Bash shell, Perl, and PythonExperience with production support roles and responsibilities requiredExperience performing system application testing preferredExperience performing system administration duties preferredAbility to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment requiredExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsMust have ability to work well in a team environmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone.
