PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Informatica Developer supports the Global Regulatory Affairs, Healthcare business of Merck with Data Quality Management Systems. SKILLS AND EXPERTISE Expert level knowledge and skills in Data Modeling at an enterprise level is required. Experience in data architecture is a plus. Programming skills in Informatica product family is required. Excellent knowledge in Informatica Data Quality and associated tools (e. g. Informatica Analyst) is required. Strong experience in developing, optimizing and maintaining data quality business rules in Informatica Data Quality (mappings, mapplets, workflows, human tasks etc. ). Knowledge of a variety of data sources (SQL, flat files, spreadsheets, non-SQL data, SAP, XML, Oracle, Redshift, IMS, cloud sources like AWS) required. Experience writing complex SQL, PL/ SQL and Performance Tuning is a plus. Ability to code, unit test, and debug Data Quality and ETL solutions required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to fully understand business requirements and processes and implement in Informatica Data Quality. Excellent skills in driving projects in a forward-thinking and pro-active manner. Strong collaboration with business functions required. Ability to lead in a cross-functional, matrix team environment and integrate activities with other teams within Business and IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts required. Ability to work and manage a variety of tasks and work within an environment with competing priorities required. Pharma and Regulatory knowledge is added advantage. EXPERIENCE 5 years of experience with Informatica Data Quality and associated tools. Experience in Informatica PowerCenter & PowerExchange is a plus. 5 years of experience with strong database experience, data analysis and analytical skills.,
