Job Description

Tech Lead who is process oriented and involve in code and design review. The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies and lab environments.The individual will work closely with senior software engineers, Tech leads, SMEs, project managers, service team and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.The individual should have a strong understanding of SDLC processes code complexity code coverage and unit testing methodologies.Responsibilities:

  • Interact with counterpart team, product management, project management and test teams to understand the requirements and implement the features and defect fixes for the products
  • Involve in other team members code review , design review and unit test cases.
  • Design and simulate unit test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
  • Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
  • Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate,
  • Support production deployment of applications and perform validation testing during the off-hours.
Qualifications:B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree in Information/ Computer Science/ Electrical EngineeringKey Competencies:
  • Experience in C Programming on Linux and windows platform
  • Experience in embedded C
  • Having good knowledge in C++ is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of agile and traditional SDLC processes
  • Having knowledge in HTML5, Angular JS and React JS is added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
