Job Description

    1. Subscription Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for OTTplay subscriptions within the assigned territory through LCOs, ISPs, and other partners.2. Customer Activation Rate: Track and improve the percentage of subscriptions activated by end customers, focusing on reducing churn and boosting long-term customer engagement.3. Partner Onboarding and Engagement: Measure the success of onboarding new distribution partners (LCOs, ISPs) and maintaining active engagement with existing partners in the territory.4. Market Expansion: Increase market presence by expanding the OTTplay service into new localities within the territory, aiming for greater coverage and penetration.Sales Expertise: A proven track record of 4 years in channel sales or distribution, preferably within industries such as telecom, FMCG, or consumer durables.Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and experience in working with Local Cable Operators (LCOs), ISPs, or similar distribution partners.Partner Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, focusing on driving customer activation and subscription sales.Target-Oriented and Strategic: Results-driven, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets, expand market share, and execute localized marketing strategies effectively.Industry Competitiveness: Familiarity with competitive offerings in the region and hands-on experience in managing a distribution network to enhance partner engagement and market penetration.
