    JOB DESCRIPTIONArea Sales Manager(SouthKerala), OMLLPAbout OMS Group:OMS Group was founded in 1965 by the ingenious entrepreneur V.A. Mohammed Kunju. The Group is now being led by Ahamed Ansari K.M and Ahamed Iqbal K.M, who are wholetime Directors of the group. It is a professionally managed family owned venture with over 55 years experience in the Building Material industry. The versatile leadership, foresight, and vision of these accomplished businessmen have led the group to remarkable success in the past few decades.Key Responsibilities of the position:
    • Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of South Kerala Market.
    • The ASM will formulate strategies and implement actions for South Kerala
    • ASM will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic plan to generate maximum revenue from South Kerala.
    • The ASM will work with the Sales Team for expansion of dealer network as well as
    • Project Sales volume maximization.
    • Maintain a sound balance between short-term and long-term results.
    • Capitalize on the new opportunities by continuous monitoring and assessment.
    Position will report to the GM (Sales && Operations).Ideal Candidate:Experience Range: 8 -12 yearsAge : 28 - 35 yearsQualification : MBA (Sales/Marketing)Industry: Manufacturing / Trading Sector, preferably in Building MaterialsFunctional: Strong Sales && Marketing Background
